Comfortably furnished it lies close to the owners working farm and offers an excellent base for exploring this area, with wonderful walking and fantastic bird watching opportunities with red kite being a regular feature. The property also boasts a conservatory facing west to take advantage of the surrounding views. The charming market town of Bishops Castle, 2 miles, is home to two breweries, interesting shops and restaurants, whilst Ludlow and Shrewsbury are both easily accessible. The local pub is 3 miles away.

Just back from a wonderful week at Stevannah. We loved it so much that we've already booked to go back next year. Very comfortable cottage with well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and quality bed linen to ensure a sound sleep. The conservatory is an added bonus, and a great place to sit and watch the sunsets. The location is fantastic with panoramic views all the way to Snowdonia, and in a really peaceful spot yet only minutes from the facilities in Bishop's Castle and Churchstoke. This is a really beautiful part of the country and there's lots to see and do locally, much more than we could fit in in a week so we're looking forward to exploring further next year. Becky was a really welcoming host, happy to help with local info and very quick to get back to us with answers to our queries. We greatly appreciated the welcome pack too, of eggs, milk and the legendary lemon cake! A fantastic week in a wonderful cottage.

This is a lovely cottage in a truly beautiful situation as long as you enjoy being away from towns. Many walks are possible from the cottage along deserted lanes and footpaths and there is plenty to do within an hour's drive if you seek museums, castles and places of interest. The hospitality and pleasantness of the hosts is second to none. We found the second bedroom rather hot and small but the cottage is well equipped and comfortable with a new conservatory with fabulous views.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful weekend!! Our dog loved it as much as we did. Beautiful location, great for walks and chilled evenings enjoying the scenery. Can’t wait to go back

What an absolutely stunning location! The cottage is cozy and the conservatory is a lovely addition. Becky and Bernie were very welcoming and the cake was delicious!
