About this cottage rental
Cosy recently renovated delightful cottage next to the farm house
All of our prices include all bedding, towels, and electric,
There is a wood burning heater in the living area,
Our quaint little cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed
The property does have central heating
The bathroom has a bath with a full flow shower over it,
The kitchen area has a cooker microwave kettle toaster etc,
our cosy lounge area has comfortable seating for 4 people, a tv, dvd player, internet access
There is lots of parking space.
We have an outside seating area for sunny days,
This quaint little cottage is being offered at a reduced rate of only £79.00 each night (min 3 nights ) + home away booking fees. as the out side grounds are not yet completed,, please see photos,

I would consider this place a wonderful location for adults. The house is situated on a farm with many different machines around, and there's a pond in front of the cottage. The cottage is very cozy and clean, with one exception: the oven was so dirty that it was impossible to prepare any meals. Other than that, it was perfect for us, a great base for exploring Snowdonia.

We have stayed in a lot of holiday cottages in rural locations and this was the best for us. This is what we liked:
Quiet and private with parking right outside the cottage
Perfect location - very short walk to the pub or river Dee. Close to the 4x4 driving centre and 4 or 5 miles from Bala.
Spotlessly clean with nice bedding on the beds
The best woodburner we have used (with free logs and kindling)
And last, but not least, friendly and helpful owners
We will definitely stay again in the future

The industrial yards you have to drive through to get to the cottage was not expected but once at the cottage it is pretty. The ducks in the pond are lovely to stand at the lounge window and watch, the sheep and rabbits from the kitchen window. The heating was on 24/7 with a logburner in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped. The tv in the lounge is a tad small but we pulled it forward. The double mattress was the hardest we have ever tried to sleep on (we have an orthopeadic so have a firm mattress at home)
They were very attentive when we asked any questions.
The pub (a few minutes walk) had great sunday dinners.
