On the outskirts of South Brent and the edge of Dartmoor, this pet friendly barn conversion has access onto open moorland.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Washing Machine. Oil central heating (underfloor in bedroom), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Freezer (shared with owner). Garden with sitting-out area and garden bench. 12 acres of private fields. 1 pet welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Bike store. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children except babies in arms. There are 2 ponds on the property grounds.. A fabulous one bedroom contemporary detached barn conversion located on the outskirts of the little town of South Brent on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The owner’s land offers direct access onto open moorland and is a favourite spot for keen walkers as there are many circular routes around the village onto Dartmoor and up to the Avon Dam. Kennels are available (by prior arrangement). There are several pubs serving food, coffee shop delicatessen, fish and chip, takeaway in South Brent, as well as a small supermarket and post office. Access onto the A38 is only 5 minutes in the car making this a great location for exploring. South Brent and pub 1 mile.

The Coach House provided a lovely cosy, warm comfortable base for our walking holiday. Easy access onto the moors directly from the accomodation.The bed was comfortable and furnishings were very tasteful. Very generous welcome goodies including wine and chilli chocolate!

Peacefully situated on the very edge of Dartmoor but just ten minutes off the Devon Expressway.There are walks from the doorstep, nearby attractions whilst the coast is just half an hour by car.The Coach House is extremely comfortable and well equipped with all you need for your stay.Paul and Emma are wonderful hosts, quickly making you feel welcome with a marvellous basket of goodies on arrival, none more so than the fresh baked bread.Highly recommended!
