Set on a working farm in a tiny unspoilt village, visitors are welcome to explore the farm and wonderful walks over 60 acres of fields and woodland, abundant with birds and other wildlife. Beach, golf and coastal walking at West Bay, 6 miles. Shop and restaurant 1.5 miles, pub serving food 350 yards.. Both properties: Underfloor oil central heating £20 per week poa). Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Cot and highchair. Enclosed garden area with patio and garden furniture (Shared). Access to 60 acres of fields and woodland (Shared). Parking. No smoking.

The cottage was as described, down a lane on a farm moments from the gorgeous village. The local pub is really just for dining and the food is excellent however you must book in advance as it is very small. The cottage is very comfortable and would be equally nice to visit in the winter, lovely wood burning stove and fantastic views. The kitchen is not that well equipped so be aware if you want to do lots of cooking however you are close to lovely pubs and restaurants if you don't. We would definitely go again, we loved it and so did our 2 dogs.

A delightful cottage in a beautiful location. We were fortunate enough to spend Christmas there. The hosts had decorated it for Christmas which was so welcoming & festive. The underfloor heating & log burner were perfect for the chilly weather. Could perhaps do with a refresh now, in particular the settee & mattresses. That aside it was delightful & I would book again & happy to recommend.

Very cosy cottage in lovely secluded rural location. Ideal for dog walking with huge amounts of outdoor space in the fields for children to play. Underfloor heating and log burner made light of the bad weather we had. Yes the bathroom is a little tired as other reviews have stated, but the whole place is spotless and well equipped. Friendly owners on hand for local info and help if needed. Check ahead though, the one local pub closed all week for us and alot of Beaminster also on Monday/Tuesdays.

Lovely cottage, perfect for the dogs with lovely walks in every direction, not too far from the beach (so long as you have a car) we really enjoyed it even though it rained most of the week. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, but essentially left us to do our own thing. Our only complaint was the mattress on the double bed, not the most comfortable!
