Terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Enclosed lawned garden (shared). Barbecue (available in summer). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. Doncaster, famous for its horse racing, Robin Hood Airport, golf and fishing are all close by. The cottage overlooks the owner’s carefully tended garden which is totally enclosed. Shop and pub ¼ mile, restaurant 3 miles.

Fantastic cottage! Comfortable and home away for
home. The beds are so comfortable and there is everything you need. Very quiet village with lovely walks close by. Spotlessly clean and Betty is very friendly and informative

Brook Lodge is a lovely, comfortable, homely base for exploring the beautiful Lincolnshire towns, villages and countryside. It is extremely clean and well-equipped (we were even able to cook our evening meals) - and we really appreciated the little extras that greeted us on our arrival! The beds were very comfy, the shower was great, and the lodge was warm and cosy. We will definitely consider booking again, the next time we visit the area!
