About this house rental
Stylish, modern, serviced accommodation - perfect for corporate guests, contractors, couples, families and groups of friends. We strive to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment and a great night's sleep for all our guests, so that you can make the most of your time in Sheffield, whether you're here for a short or longer term stay.
Relax in the tastefully decorated lounge with two large sofa's - comfortably seating 6 persons. The smart TV with streaming options will have entertainment content to suit everyone.
Enjoy cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. There's a breakfast bar for a quick drink / snacks and a separate dining table for up 6 guests. A washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Each bedroom can be configured as one king bed or twin beds with semi-orthopaedic mattresses, quality bed linen and medium and firm pillows for your comfort and a good night's sleep. Standard configuration is 2 x king rooms and 1 x twin room. If you require a different set-up, please notify us at the point of booking. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort.
Shampoo/bodywash is provided in our modern fully refurbished bathroom, for your convenience.
Relax on outdoor seating in the rear garden after a long day of work / activities.
