Set in a rural position, just 1 mile away from Framlingham, this property enjoys superb views from the courtyard garden.. All on the Ground Floor:

Use of owners 1 acre garden. Bike store. Private parking for 2–3 cars. No smoking. Wheelchair access. Please note: There is a pond in the owners grounds.. Set in a quiet country location, just 1 mile from Framlingham (voted by Country Life Magazine as the best small town in the south of the country), this holiday property with step free access, attached to the owner’s home, has superb views across the fields from the sheltered terrace. The owner’s large garden, visible from the bedroom windows, is a joy, and is perfect for children. All the shops you need are in the town, plus a twice weekly market and lots of pubs and restaurants. It is handy for Aldeburgh with its varied concerts, Woodbridge’s picturesque river walks and Southwold’s sandy beaches and fascinating pier. There are walks from the door and easy going cycle lanes with little traffic. Minsmere offers the best in bird watching, with many rare species to spot. The cottage is in a central location for visiting Suffolk’s many other attractions. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

We had a lovely peaceful 2 week stay at this picturesque cottage all mod cons, warm comfortable and cosy.Had warm welcome from our hosts with tea waiting on arrival. It had all home comforts including smart tv, we will be back, thank you

The bungalow is lovely, location is outside Framlingham, need gps to find it. I am sure in the summer it is lovely. The owner met us on arrival and showed me how to operate the heating. The accommodations were just what we wanted. I suspect that it had not been rented for a while and that it had been cleaned quite a while before we stayed as there were a few cobwebs, very common in England and dusty bathrooms. Really not a big deal. Lovely kitchen, living room very spacious bedrooms, master was perfect for my elderly father. This place really suited our needs.

Lovely clean property, very well equipped. It is very peaceful with a beautiful view from the patio over the open fields. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
