This five-star, luxury property is situated half a mile from Lyme Regis which is fantastic for a day trip.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath, Toilet. Gas central heating (£20 per week, £10 per short break Oct-Apr), electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture. Bike store. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Nestling in a tranquil location on the Devon/Dorset border, this well-presented single-storey barn conversion is set within the 40 acres of the owner’s home, which was the setting for The French Lieutenant’s Woman. It lies ½ mile from the popular medieval port of Lyme Regis with picturesque harbour known as the Cobb. Wonderful scenic walking abounds, with the South West Coastal Path just 500 yards away. Shop and pub ½ mile.

Fabulous cottage, warm and inviting. One minor thing, it needed some better knives ( they had been dishwashed too often so were blunt and the handles loose. ) Location perfect for exploring bits of Devon we hadn't been to before. Close to Lyme Regis town, walkable.. just! Good selection of shops, pubs and cafes. Hosts very helpful and close by if anything waas needed.

Ware House Cottage is delightful; the location is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery. There are great walks nearby with stunning coastal views. Slightly disappointed that there wasn’t any tea, coffee or milk on arrival, so had to pop out to the shop after a long drive.

A lovely spacious cottage in a quiet location but handy for Lyme Regis. About a mile’s walk on the coast path, less by road. An energetic climb back up!
Well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, same in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Colin was very helpful and welcoming.
We had a lovely relaxing stay.
