Sea Lovers consists of a light and airy living room with a large bay window offering sea views towards Dawlish Warren, a TV, and comfortable seating. The spacious kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, providing everything needed for an easy self‑catering stay. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC. Outside, there is a small patio area to the front, and a private garage to the rear of the property (accessed from the adjacent road) suitable for a standard vehicle. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Situated directly on Exmouth’s Esplanade, guests are perfectly placed to enjoy the beach, seafront walks and easy access to Exmouth Marina, which offers cafés, restaurants, a wet‑fish shop and boat trips along the Jurassic Coast. The Exe Estuary cycle route begins close by, and Exmouth town centre and the station are approximately a five‑minute level stroll. Enjoy your coastal escape to Sea Lovers at any time of the year. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
