About this cottage rental
One of a pair of cottages just 200 yards from the beach in a small sleepy village. It has a secluded and south-facing deck and garden. A perfect holiday hideaway.. Ground Floor:

Situated less than 200 yards from the beach, these houses lie along a village road, close to Elmer village and within half a mile along the beach of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which stretches several miles from Elmer to Littlehampton. The beaches in this area remain quiet, even during the busiest summer periods and are ideal for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, fishing and walking. For people who would like more entertainment, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close by and provide various themed attractions. Elmer is in an ideal location to explore many of the attractions of the south coast from bustling Brighton to the east, to historic Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight to the west. In between there are beautiful places such as Chichester with its ancient cathedral and Festival Theatre, quaint Arundel with its castle and antique shops, Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses and the beautiful South Downs close by. Lo-Tide (ref 23038 and painted blue) has been architect designed to give a beachy, open-plan atmosphere. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

House was clean, tidy and bright. Milk in the fridge and hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc all provided (not always the case). Just a few minutes walk to Elmer Beach on a quiet residential road.
We had a fabulous week here, really enjoyed our break. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Lo-Tide cottage!! Location is amazing and beach is fantastic especially if you have a dog! We enjoyed walking along the beach to Felpham enjoying a lunch in The Boathouse or Blake’s Bar. Really nice area and a beautiful beach. We will be back! Cottage was great . Had all you needed with a small but great garden and a nice terrace overlooking it. Very easy checking in too.

We fell in love with Lo-Tide. The design and layout of this property means it is beautifully light and thought has gone into the small details. For example the upstairs bathroom has a skylight, if you happen to need a toilet break late at night, look up the stars are magical. All the comforts of being at home with the added bonus of having the beach a 2 minutes walk away. It was such a pleasure to stay in this property that leaving it was not easy. We took our 2 dogs on holiday with us for the first time in 12 years and would not hesitate to return to the is property with them. The garden has a water butt which made cleaning them off after a stomp along the beach so much easier and eliminates stress.
We had a takeaway from the local pub - The Cabin We recommend you try it, the food was great. We also had the good fortune of having takeaway from Mandarin Chef in Middleton on Sea. I think this is the best Chinese meal we have ever had.
We needed to contact the owner on arrival, A answered our call immediately and later visited us to check we had everything we needed and to bring us a goody bag :-)
We would recommend this property without hesitation!

Staying in Middleton-on-sea at Lo-Tide was an excellent base to see all the lovely sussex coast,and also in walking distance to the local beach.
