Large enclosed lawned garden with summer house, BBQ and garden furniture. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced off brook parallel to the garden.. Snuggle up in this charming little holiday cottage, located on the edge of the village of Eardisley. One of a pair, it is comfortably furnished with exposed beams and wood burning stove. A walker’s haven, with Offas Dyke and Mortimer’s Trail, further afield are the Black Mountains and the magnificent scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Riding, golfing, fishing and canoeing are available locally. Hay-on-Wye and Brecon are well worth a visit, also within easy driving distance are Ludlow, Hereford and Leominster. Shop and pub 200 yards.

Perfect cottage for two. Warm and welcoming, cosy living room, sunny conservatory, relaxing bedroom. Quiet location, with parking on road outside. Short walk to centre of village with surprisingly big shop, even shorter walk to New Strands, which provides everything else you need! Post office, extensive second hand book shop, new books and gifts, good homemade food in restaurant/cafe or in bar. Bar serves good beer, real ale and lagers, ciders etc. Log burner, dart board and friendly staff.

Had a great week despite the weather, lots to do and see, especially watching the red kites being fed at the farm. would stay there again. The only down side was the sofa.

We had a lovely week staying in Brook Cottage. It was so cosy and perfect for 2 people. The garden is lovely. We really enjoyed being in Eardisley - it’s a great position for walking and not far from Hay on Wye and Hereford.

We have stayed here four times now . It is a lovely cosy cottage ideal for two people ( and a dog of course ) Peaceful enclosed safe garden , lounge and small kitchen combined . A garden room with table and a small settee to look onto the garden . Very steep stairs to double bedroom and bathroom . in normal non covid times there is a very good pub in walking distance and a pub/cafe - sadly this time there was no information on opening times or menus so we didnt go but lots of nice pubs in driving distance. great for walks from door step and further afield
