About this apartment rental
The unit is approximately 900 square feet. The unit has one full bathroom and one half bathroom. It is completely furnished with warm custom furniture, a queen-size sofa sleeper located in the living room, murphy bed in the den, color television and a DVD player. The unit has a cozy gas fireplace with stone hearth, dining room with table and chairs and private balconies with decorative railings. The spacious master bedroom includes a king-size bed. For your convenience, the kitchen is equipped with ample cooking utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range. Hydronic heating is used to heat the slate tiles on the kitchen and bathroom floors. The condominium features high speed internet access via wireless network. Ski storage locker located on the lower floor. The unit was built in 2002 and is located in the Village at Squaw Valley. The condominium is in Building 2 - Starbucks access without having to go outside.
Views of the mountain from the living room. Several restaurants located in the Village i.e. Mamasake Sushi, Fireside Pizza, Auld Dubliner, Rocker at Squaw, Bistro 22 and Plumpjacks. Starbucks is also located in the Village. Exit the building and you are steps to the 'Funitel' to start your 'World Class' skiing.

Nice and quiet with the windows closed. Can be a little loud from vehicles if you open the windows to cool off at night. Nice to have the 2 bathrooms. The larger bathroom even has both a shower stall and bathtub shower combo so 2 people can shower at the same time if you're comfortable with that. We were there for the Western States race and it fit our needs perfectly. Make use of the kitchen to save money as the food at Palisades is quite expensive. Very nice having the underground parking!

Great unit right in the heart of the village, close to everything.I both had some (self induced) trouble with my arrival and needed a late checkout and Anna was swift to respond and help out.Would eagerly stay here again!

Amazing property, perfect for our family of 4 for a snow weekend on the slopes. Communication was extremely detailed, check-in was seamless, the place is very thoughtfully appointed, and you absolutely can not beat the location. Great indoor/underground parking. Would definitely return.

I’ve stayed at the Village many times and always enjoy the location and charm. This unit had all of that, however it needs maintenance attention and it has a serious nasty smell of cigarette smoke or something.
The fireplace didn’t work, the half bath toilet didn’t flush, the dinning room window crank didn’t work, the bedside table was broken, as was the coffee table (had to stuff something under it so it wouldn’t fall over) and it needed a proper cleaning.
