The Roost features a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space for cooking and entertaining. You will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining area comfortably seats up to six guests. In the morning, wake up to a fresh cup of locally roasted Caravan Coffee, courtesy of Lifestyle Properties.
The spacious living area centers around a classic gas fireplace and offers a perfect place to relax after a day of wine tasting. Curl up on the comfortable couch for a movie night, or gather with friends for board games from the entertainment center.
The primary bedroom includes a plush king bed, a walk out deck, and a private ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks. Two additional bedrooms, featuring hotel quality linens, share a common bathroom with a shower tub combination. Hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, luxurious towels, and handcrafted local soap bars are provided for your comfort. A laundry area is also available for guest use.
Step out onto the home's spacious deck overlooking the private fenced backyard, complete with luxury patio furniture, a BBQ grill, and plenty of space to enjoy the fresh Oregon air. The yard is beautifully landscaped with seasonal flowers and homegrown blueberry and raspberry bushes for you to enjoy during your stay.

Additional family items including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games are available to rent upon request.

Great location for exploring wine country. Perfectly located in Dundee for what we came for which included wineries in Newberg, Yamhill-Carlton and Dundee. The house was very comfortable with lots of room to relax. The backyard is very private and pleasing. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be to add mirrors in the two bedrooms that share a bath as it’s nice to be able to get ready (makeup and hair) while others are using the bathroom. Otherwise it was a lovely home and very convenient. I highly recommend the following: Durant for olive oil tasting and a hike through the olive grove and vineyard, wine tasting at Moffett, Cramoisi and Raindance, the pizza at Forage in Newberg and an excellent dinner at Hayward in Carlton.

The place was great, but could definitely use a new couch, as the current one has no firmness left & is rather uncomfortable. We tried to light the fire pit but the gas tank was empty.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again! The communication from booking through checkout was fantastic and always quick with a response. The house was great (just as advertised) and the location was perfect as we could walk everywhere for meals. Highly recommend staying here, you'll be glad you did!
