About this apartment rental
There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom can have either a queen or 2 twins. There is A/C, gas BBQ, beach bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The patio is private. It is a minute walk to the beach. There is a family room with a second TV and king sleeper sofa. There is a small convenient store within walking distance and the amusement park is a 10 minute walk.

A one block walk from the beach. This is a very popular, but congested area. The garage is a two lane shotgun style. A little narrow, but we were able to park two small SUVs with room front and back. All necessary amenities provided. "Check in" and "check out" couldn't have been simpler.

This is a nice unit with high end fittings, fixtures and most furnishings. If you are seeking a bright sunny spot, this is not your place. It faces north and is the ground floor of a 3 story building and only gets direct sun at sunrise-10 am. If you have AT&T and need to rely on WiFi for service, the wifi as at best a 3 out of 10. Most of our calls using wifi would be dropped during the conversation and our last 3 days we had no WiFi at all despite contacting the owner.
As others noted, the garage is very narrow, anything bigger than a compact car might require exiting through the roof. PLEASE BE AWARE, the garage is shared and other occupants might not leave it locked, we had a bike stolen from inside the garage. Not a secure place.
The bikes that come with the rental were not used, completely rusted and probably would not be stolen even if they were not locked. Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards and toys were provided- all in nice condition.
The landlord was responsive to any issues that arouse with the unit (apart from the last 3 days of WiFi). We did have a dispute over a refund that was promised in writing that was not returned to us. So despite our first impressions of a man with integrity, we left feeling otherwise.
