Great clubhouse for the kids to swim, ping-pong and all. The townhouse was nice, the living space was small and the small balcony had really no space or chair to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It fit the bill as we were in town for a wedding. Lots of stairs not little kid friendly, but they did provide stair gates. Lots of spider webs we had to brushed off. Close enough to take a walk down to the lake, clubhouse and miniature golf. It was good for the price point.

The check-in process was easy, and communication was good. We requested and helpfully received late checkout. The house was clean, but is on the older side (think: worn carpets/bathmats, frayed towels, older appliances). Phone service here is very poor, but the wifi worked.Our biggest issue was that the plumbing is very weak--the toilets had very weak flushes, and needed 2-3 flushes to get just toilet paper down. The upstairs bathroom toilet wasn't flushing upon arrival; the plumber who was sent snaked the toilets, retrieved a bar of soap that had been flushed down, but also said that the plumbing really needed updating. And even after his visit, the toilets still had the issue of very weak flushes requiring 2-3 flushes.
