In general the rental experience was positive. The unit was clean, in good condition and very spacious. We felt the price per night was reasonable and was easy to get to. Now for a couple of "issues." 1. It would have been nice to know that there was construction going on next to our building. We had hammering going on until 8:00 at night and started back up again around 7:00 in the morning. 2. We thought there was a herd of elephants staying above us. Finally at 10:30 I went up and knocked on the door to ask if they could hold it down a little. There were 4 families with probably 15-18 children staying in the condo. I believe it was a childrens soccer team. I could not find any management on site. I realize there is an honor system when renting a unit however as an attorney I would suggest adding a clause to the rental instructions that each unit has a limit of guests.
