This is a great place to practice social distancing – it is very private!
This cute, cozy waterfront vacation home features a private dock, sand beach and grass areas by water’s edge. Spread out on 200 feet of Lake Frontage and relax. The crystal clear water of Lake Pend Oreille is great for swimming and boating. The fire pit, picnic table and beach chairs make it the perfect place to hang out all day and evening.
There’s also a large outdoor deck on front of cabin facing the water – enjoy the sunrises over the water and mountains with the southeastern exposure of this home.
The cozy cabin is our second home and it is very comfortable for one or two families. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs that can sleep up to 7-8. There is also a queen-sized futon downstairs that can sleep two.
The big living room and dining area (table expands to seat 10) are roomy and comfortable. The laundry room is good sized and right inside back door. The kitchen is small, but has all appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, compactor, coffee maker, and lots of dishes, pots and pans).
The cabin is a great place to relax, unwind, and have fun. It works great for one or two families on vacation at the lake!

Quiet, peaceful. Million dollar view every morning and evening. Deer and turkeys wandering around. Comfortable furnishings. And still close enough to get to sandpoint in about 35 minutes for restaurants, shopping. Just don't come in September, it's our favorite time to come. Wouldn't want the secret to get out.

Our family had a wonderful time at the lake house! The location is amazing. The dock and beach area are perfect for family fun. The deck has the best views! The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Dave & Linda are fantastic hosts. They are kind and easily accessible. You can tell they put a lot of thought into their home and the amenities they provide to make a family feel comfortable. We loved our stay and hope to visit again!

We had an absolutely awesome family vacation at this home and property. Adults were able to disconnect, and kids were happiest when they were in or near the water. Lots of seating available on the beach - with some trees nearby to provide shade during our 90+ degree week. Dave & Linda are excellent hosts, providing a house that is cared for, clean, very well maintained and really had everything we needed. Communication with them was great - I had a couple of questions before our vacation and each time I received a prompt response. Dave & Linda have really thought of everything to make their guests stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I'll close with mentioning the absolutely stunning view of Lake Pend Oreille. I could have spent the whole week either on the house deck or dock soaking in all the natural beauty. Thank you, Dave & Linda, for sharing your home with our family.
