Offering an expansive one acre, park like, private yard, mature trees, boat dock, pier and parking for 6 vehicles, this vacation getaway is perfect for families who want to enjoy summer activities on the lake. There are two upstairs bedrooms with private bathrooms a downstairs bedroom with bath and a loft overlooking the lake that sleeps 5.

2nd year staying at this property and we will definitely be returning for more years. Amazing rustic cabin; this home is full of character that takes you back in time and makes you slow down and relax. The 1 acre property is the best Lake Wawasee has to over. Once again, we made some wonderful family memories!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Best location on the lake. We fished successfully right off of the pier. Plenty of room inside for conversation and rainy days. The stove in the kitchen is gem with a grill on it. Good communication with the owner. We would stay again for sure.

We absolutely LOVED the Mavis lodge!! Incredibly cozy, AMAZING location, large yard ( hard to find on Wawasee!) and very flat lot. We will definitely be back...I teared up a bit when we had to leave.

So glad we chose this house! The location, outdoor space and house were perfect for our family! Plenty of room, clean and the kids loved it. We hope to stay here again.
