This rental is located in the heart of beautiful Seal Beach within walking distance of all amenities, one block from the beach. Absolutely seamless stay and would highly recommend!

Great experience. Very nice place. Amazing location (close to the beach, downtown, and restaurants. All minor issues taken care of quickly (we stayed for 3 months) with good communication from the host. Would absolutely stay again.

I stayed at this location for 2 1/2 months and was very pleased. The unit is updated and was very clean. I enjoyed being able to sit outside do some grilling and relax. I also really appreciated being able to park 2 cars in the garage that near to the beach as sometimes parking can be difficult.
The area is stunning. Downtown Seal Beach is a lot of fun and the beach and sunsets are gorgeous.
I would highly recommend this location to either a long term renter who wants a nice place to come home to as well as to someone who wants a place for the week. Either way you cannot go wrong.
THe owner is wonderful and very easy to work with and very fair. What more can you ask for.
