About this apartment hotel
The alluring image of Mission Bay's tranquil blue waters complimented by white sand beaches have been attracting people to San Diego for decades. Nestled between Fiesta Bay and Sail Bay, our home is located on a peninsula on the northern end of the bay in the quaint neighborhood of Crown Point. Within biking and walking distance to the beaches and nightlife of Mission Beach and Pacific Beach, Crown Point exemplifies the ideal San Diego lifestyle.
This is not a party house! Our home is located in a very quiet, residential part of San Diego. We therefore expect our guests to respect the house and everything in it, as well as to be considerate of the neighbors around you at ALL times. We have a zero tolerance policy in regards to noise and your deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted if noise is excessive. In other words, this home is not a good fit for you if you are planning on having a party or more than 6 at the home. Our expectation is that you treat the property as your own or better and leave it as you found it sans general cleaning. We appreciate respectful guests! If you are a quiet family or group of friends, you will love this home!

Check-in and check-out: Details to be provided upon reservation confirmation or in the few days preceding your stay. Standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 10:00am. If you need to adjust these times, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Location is awesome. It is an older house. We lacked hot showers and this was fixed on our last night. Fair price for this awesome location.

This was perfect for what our family needed. We were only there for breakfast and dinner. No AC which wasn't too terrible with fans. Also water pressure in shower isn't the greatest but we still were able to shower. For the price it's great.

A cute place, fabulously located, with potential to be great, but falls short of expectations.
The ok: House is an attached duplex home, with a large living area, located close to the beach, with some added nice amenities, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Drew, the owner, was very nice, great communication, and accomodating before trip. House has no A/C, but has a couple box fans that made it sorta tolerable in this excessive heat warning existence. Front room is LOUD, especially with the windows/screen door open which we had to have with this heat. Bedrooms are identical in size and bed size, which was nice for our girls weekend there.
Now the parts that weren't so great. House has several areas of damage to walls and areas, sofa is obviously broken (per sign that said so, but also the CLUNK you hear each time you sit down), and one of the bedrooms dresser had missing drawers. It felt cheap and not a good value for the money. There were basic cooking pots and pans, but some were broken and no lids for the larger ones. The biggest thing was the uncleanliness. Especially in this COVID era, it was disconcerting to see dirty hand prints on doors, stains on bedcovers, and vents that had not been cleaned in a Very. Long. Time. And, although no fault of the owners, both nights the loud bass of music came from one of the close neighbors.
Overall, it was a place to sleep and make food, at a well located location, but, it needs DEEP cleaning and drastic updating to be ranked higher.
