About this villa rental
Located on the beach Relax on the beach, sleeps up to 10 people. New refrigerator, washer and several new windows , several new beds, and new nest Wi-Fi. Located on Pismo Beach State Park.
There is great surfing, kite boarding, boogie boards, fishing, swimming, riding horses, driving on the beach and riding atv's in the dunes.
Large family home with 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, and also has an outside shower with hot water.
Ocean front views to watch the sunsets.
Private patio and with glass walls, open the glass door and the beach awaits

It’s really nice, and affordable.Between the sand, and the age of the house, a lot of the house seems fragile.We had such a special visit there!

Perfect location, very charming house. Owner is friendly. House was everything we needed for multiple generations. The beach toys were a bonus.

Our group has stayed here the last 2 summers. The price was right.
However, the home desperately needs updating.
Extra entry keys need to be made.
Windows we're filthy and couldn't see thru.
Suggest adding a single serve coffee pot.
Thank you for the extra fridge in garage.
Seems to be one of the most affordable places in the vicinity, but needs facelift!
