About this house rental
The apartment is situated on the ground floor ( first floor in the US), it is divided as such: a big living room/kitchen area, 2 master bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, the apartment has a washer machine, a dishwasher,stove/oven,and a tv. The house has been completely renovated few years ago with modern technology which ensures the thermal insulation of the house with innovative material which eliminates the need for air conditioning. There is a private backyard with outdoor sofas where you can enjoy a glass of wine poolside. There is an ample portico with a table and chairs. there is also barbecue area with a wood oven. the pool area has plenty of sun beds and chairs to relax and lay in the sun. There is a whirlpool jacuzzi area, the depth of it is 1.50 meters. The Pool is available from May 15 up to Sept,30
Within minutes you can go to the center of the city by car or on foot, rich with important monuments and churches and a cathedral from various historical eras such as the roman era up to the present. Sites to visit such as Torre Guinigi (Guinigi Tower) where on top there are secular old holly oaks with a breathtaking panoramic view of the characteristic roof tops of Lucca. For those who love to walk, the city is fully surrounded by renaissance era walls. it's possible to go visit the lucchese hills within minutes where you will find beautiful villas surrounded by greenery. The house is circa 300m from the highway which brings you to Versilia with its splendid beaches and long sand strips, a good place to visit is Viareggio, Forte Dei Marmi, Pietrasanta. Opposite of the beach you can admire or go visit the Apuan Alps where the famous white marble was extracted and used by Michelangelo. Another pearl to visit is Garfagnana, where you can taste genuine typical food at a fair price.

Enrico was communicative and attentive throughout our stay, and most importantly, warm and thoughtful. A true local, his recommendations were very appreciated. The apartment is tastefully renovated, and truly spotless. The dishwasher could use an upgrade, and the bed in the second bedroom isn't quite as comfortable as in the main room bedroom. The beautiful grounds are shared with Enrico's family and a renter, and we had priority use of the wonderful pool which Enrico kept very clean, and which was truly the highlight of our stay.The location is convenient to Lucca, grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, and the highway from which many towns and beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away, which made for easy grocery runs and day trips.Enrico has many regular visitors, and it's easy to see why. You'll feel right at home.

The outside pool area was excellent. We had it all to ourselves. The accommodation had everything we needed. The proximity to the town was also perfect and it was very easy to get into. Enrico was the perfect host and very welcoming.

Lovely holiday home, very well looked after and very well equipped with towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Enrico went out of his way to try and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival, when he showed us around, we were pleasantly surprised when he told us that the pool and outdoor lounging area was just for our use only. The gardens around the lounging area were so well kept and pretty which made for a very enjoyable stay. We walked into Lucca a couple of times, which took us around 20/25 minutes to reach the walls. We loved staying at Villa Adami and hope that we will be able to return at sometime in the future.

Enrico went out of his way to make our stay memorable in his comfortable, well appointed accommodation. It is extremely convenient to the Old Town, the grocery stores & the railway station. The kitchen is very well equipped. He even gave us a bottle of wine & his homemade pesto which we enjoyed with our pasta. Good communication, kind hospitable. Thank you Enrico! We will be back.
