It was clean and well appointed. The hosts were also extremely accommodating and nice; we arrived early and they allowed us to drop our bags while the cleaner was there. The location is excellent, 20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Bath, with a lovely gastropub right upon the doorstep of the property.
There’d been a boiler problem on our arrival - not their fault - so we didn’t use the shower, and one of our number reported the bed wasn’t comfortable. (Mine was great!) But we were only using it to lay our heads, so it was good as gold.

Can park the car in the front of the apartment.
Good space with modern design to the well-equipped kitchen and living room located at level 1.
The strong smell of paint in the room adjacent to the toilet at level 2.

Easy access. Parking at front of house. Plenty of space for family of four adults. Garden space and park nearby for dog walking. Great for visiting family in Bath.

Has parking, about 25min walk to city centre
Pretty used up, needs a touch of paint at minimum, chips and paint peeling off, front door lock falling apart.
