Beautifully presented property in a location close to bus routes taking you to city centre, bus and train stations in about 5 minutes from Bear Flat. Clean, comfortable,spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication with the owner.

Spacious warm house. Looked to be recently modernised with great kitchen and bathrooms. Sitting room very comfortable. Ideal for our family group Christmas get together

The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. Bedrooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to Bath city center albeit down (and then up again!) a steep hill. Parking for 2 cars on the drive.
There is only one bathroom and one ensuite plus a toilet downstairs. There were five of us so this was fine. If we were a larger group we may have struggled.
