With a dock and waterfront walkway access, you'll feel completely connected to the charm of the bay. This lower-level, ADA-compliant unit is fully equipped for relaxation, and yes! • Private garage for 1 vehicle to park (please note garage clearance of 6’9", not all vehicles will fit in the garage, additional parking on the street).

Perfect location, walkable to everything we wanted to do. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. We had a hard time with the cable tv and just ended up watching streaming. It was very nice to wake up to the bay every morning. The fenced deck space was quite nice for our little pup. There is a small dog park just south of the condo that has doggie waste bags and trash can. It took about 3 minutes to walk to it. She’ll Shop is right across the street. Great location.

The views were perfect, but the condo is old and needed some renovation. For example, chipped paint on doors, two broken window cranks, broken lock on front game which we secured with a bungee cord for my dog’s safety, broken stopper in front half bath, the living area furniture is stiff and uncomfortable and the kitchen needs a deep cleaning. The stove top and handles on the kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky. And, master bath needs a larger shower curtain to keep water from getting on the floor. It would be easy to slip on the wet tile.
