This space is located on the second floor of a 2 1/2 story Victorian home. It is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with fully equipped kitchen and use of private rear yard. Located in a historical neighborhood in close proximity to Churchill Downs, St James Art Show, Yum Center, Expo Center and all downtown activities. 5 minutes from airport. This unit has a King Size Bed (Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress). 2 Flat screen TV’s with cable and Wi-Fi provided. USB charging station at breakfast bar. Keurig Coffee maker provided with an assortment of coffee. Owner lives on site and will be available if needed.

Our hostess was very nice and welcoming. She answered any questions right away. The suite was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Our hostess even left waters in the fridge. The backyard was also lovely, even though it was too cold to go out much.

Perfect location. Beautiful home. The bed was wonderful - made for a great night’s sleep. Cheryl was very easy to contact and check-in was smooth. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The historic details are stunning! The place was super clean, and the host was very welcoming and communicative. Beautiful area with all the historic homes. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to be back in the area!

Amazing amenities, the host thought of everything. Parking was a cinch (especially coming from Los Angeles, I was blown away at the ease of street parking), and the apartment was cute and spacious.
