About this house rental
This lake getaway house is on 75 ft. of shoreline and is perfect for two families. Separate entrance for the downstairs allows additional privacy for a second family. Master bedroom has a queen bed with TV. Second bedroom upper level has 1 full bed and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom bunk and a twin on the top bunk. There is also a TV in the second bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living room with cable TV, fireplace and bathroom. Dining room will accommodate 8 people and overlooks the lake. Catch some sun rays on the huge deck off the house or have a BBQ on the lower level patio. The lower level has a separate entrance and has two bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bath, small sitting area with TV, washer and dryer. We also offer Free Wi-fi at Captain Ron's, but none is available in the unit.
Located at the far end of the Captain Ron's property, it offers the most privacy, but is also close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Captain Ron's. All you need to bring is food, beverages, beach towels and clothing.

We stayed a week and it just happened to coincide with aqua Pelouze. The house is smallish but 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, right on the lake with beautiful lake views. 20 minutes to everything. Boat rentals close by. Kitchen had everything we needed but smoke alarms were a pain. Hahha. Plan on cooking outdoors !! Communication was excellent as we had a little trouble identifying which house but they were super helpful making everything easy! We even rented a boat dock and made Saturday a perfect aqua plaza prefer t!!!!

Our family of 6 with kids ages 3-14 absolutely love staying at this house. Its location is convenient, dock is available for boating, close to tons of activities for the kids, neighbors are absolutely wonderful people, and the host is always quick to respond to any inquiries. We love staying at this house when we visit the lake! It’s one of our top houses because of the amenities for the kids and hospitality of the people surrounding us.

The outside of this property needs major work. Over grown weeds everywhere and trees need to be trimmed back. Driveway is very confusing. No parking signs in front of the house on several trees. When we did park in front of the house the neighbor next door came over and wanted us to move our cars to the top of the hill so he could pull to leave from his house.He was a total pain to deal with! Would not recommend staying here so you don’t have to deal with neighbor whinning.
