Welcome! This luxurious spacious 2,800 square foot, four-bedroom, two-bath family-style home with beautiful furnishings.
Located at the 6MM of the Gravois Mills Arm in secluded Mill Creek Cove on Lake of the Ozarks.
Whether it’s your family vacation, a vacation with multiple families, or a couples retreat, this home provides the perfect setting with all the amenities and more to make your time here memorable!
As you approach the home, you’re greeted with magnificent views of the lake. Built in 2020, this home adorns new furniture throughout, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 12 guests comfortably.
Upstairs/Entry Level Floor:
Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, dining room that seats 14 ready for any occasion.
Living Room: A spacious and relaxing living room.
Full Bathroom
Guest Bedroom: Queen Bed. A queen size pillow top bed and a 55” television with beautiful décor.
Deck: A large sunroom and a wraparound deck to relax and BBQ while enjoying views of the lake.
Downstairs:
Bunk Room 1: 3 sets of bunk beds, twin size sleeping 6

Master Bedroom: King size bed facing the Lake. The large Master Suite has a pillow top king bed with a 55” television and large picture windows including a sliding glass door to access your own private deck to relax and recharge while

A private dock with a single boat slip and a large swim platform with a water slide for the whole family to enjoy!
Amenities: The home includes Wi-Fi, (3) 55” TV’s, (2) kayaks, (2) SUP’s, (1) water slide, swim platform, board games, puzzles, gas BBQ, beach towels, a laundry room with clothes washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials and appliances to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible.
All bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels and fresh bed linens are included. Beginning supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish/hand soaps, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and trash bags are also provided for your convenience.

This house worked great for our family of 12! We loved the large bunk room for all the kids! We booked this house because of the large dock and slide for the kids plus the paddle boards and kayak. Upon arrival, it was sadly discovered the paddle boards and kayak were missing. Jonathan took great care of us and was able to replace those items for us the next day! The kitchen was also misisng some common kitchen items like a 9x13 pan and corkpot. Again, Jonathan was wonderful! He brought us a 9x13 pain the next morning! The house is still missing a crockpot so plan accordingly. Also, fyi...the picture of the dock was not accurate at the time of our booking. The picture showed a covered dock with an electric boat lift. The boat lift is gone but you still have a covered boat slip which worked perfect for us! The dock has a large storage unit that has plenty of patio chairs and lounge chairs! This house worked perfect for our large family gathering! Jonathan was extremely attentive to our needs! We would definitely recommend and book this house again! Best Lake Memories!
