The Pacific Vista home sleeps up to 8 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You will love the dramatic ocean views from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Watch and listen to the endless waves. We provide free WiFi,a collection of games, puzzles, and more for your enjoyment during your stay. Whether watching whales or waves, sunsets or our famous Oregon coast storms, this home will amaze you and relax you with the awe of the coast, the waves, and the big sky right outside your windows! This home is next door to The Beachwood Cottage and both homes rented together are perfect to accommodate larger families or groups.
Enjoy exploring the central Oregon coast from Heceta Head Lighthouse and Cape Perpetua to Newport's historic bayfront and Nye Beach districts. This home is just a short drive to easy access to sandy or rocky beaches. Less than a mile north is access at the end of Colorado Street or a little further you will find Beachside State Park with plenty of parking. To the south of the house is a pullout along the highway by Vingie Creek or further towards Yachats, enjoy the rocky coast and the 804 Trail at Smelt Sands State Park.

The location of this property was excellent! The view is outstanding! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions and the check in process was easy. Be advised although quite functional and clean, the property shows signs of wear and tear. The windows, decks, carpeting and blinds need replacing ( upstairs deck had a sign to not use but was not locked to avoid inadvertently using). Pots and pans need to be evaluated and replaced. It still functions well and we had a wonderful vacation but if you are expecting a well maintained home when renting best to look elsewhere.

Great location and place...access to the beach was terrible. We had to get the steps dug ourselves and get some board on there because it was so slippery. Inside of the house was amazing!!

Location, view and layout were great. The house could use some loving care. Entrance from the beach was on to carpeted dining room and no water outside to rinse off. So the carpet was dirty. We did our best but you can't take off your feet. Bathroom fixtures were on need of repair. But the beach was amazing.
