About this apartment rental
The studio is located in an apartment building and is modern and furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated on a farm, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

San Zio. The studio is located on a farm, on a 300,000 sqm garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The holiday apartment is situated in Cerreto Guidi, amidst the gentle hills of the area between Montalbano and the River Arno. A place that offers the possibility to experience authentic Tuscan life in the tranquillity and beauty of nature. Parking on the property.
