Sauberkeit sehr gut, check-in (ohne Personal) reibungslos, Anfragen werden vom Personal sehr schnell über die App beantwortet, WLAN problemlos und in Ordnung, Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel ausreichend vorhanden, Ausstattung mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Kochmöglichkeit usw. sehr gut, auch großer Kleiderschrank vorhanden, Nachttischlampe wäre evtl. noch wünschenswert, aber es geht auch so. Unterkunft sehr geräumig, leise, liegt am Rand eines Gewerbegebietes, grundlegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Aldi, dm) im Gebiet vorhanden und in der Nähe auch sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant, mit dem Auto sehr nah zur Autobahn (Frankfurt, Fulda), und in 10min ist man auch mit dem Auto im Zentrum von Gelnhausen, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Küchenzeile, die ruhige Lage,
Das Personal war bemüht, hat die Fehler aber nicht behoben.
Wlan gab es nur im Flur, im Zimmer kein Internet.
Das Licht war defekt, der Duschkopf war mit Kabelbinder montiert und schlecht zu bedienen.
