Sehr schönes, charmantes altes Haus mit tollen Details wie den Holztreppen und Holzdielen. Die Suite war sehr geräumig und das große Badezimmer mit Fenster hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und typisch deutsch mit allem, was man erwartet. An- und Abreise verliefen unkompliziert, und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze für Gäste. Insgesamt für unseren Zweck (eine Übernachtung vor meiner Rehabilitation) absolut passend.
Für meinen persönlichen Geschmack könnte das Gesamtbild etwas aufgefrischt werden. Der Stil passt zwar zum Haus, wirkt stellenweise aber etwas überladen – etwas weniger Dekoration und ein insgesamt aufgeräumteres, cleaneres Erscheinungsbild würden dem Ambiente gut tun.

Sehr charmantes altes Haus mit Klischee-knarzender, breiter Holztreppe, passend dekorierten alten Schaustücken und viel Holz und abwechslungsreicher Farbgestaltung. Große Zimmer und Bad mit viel Platz. Die Zimmer liegen teilweise zur Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße hin.
Die Gastwirtschaft im Keller passt zum Stil des Hauses und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit, weisen auf eventuelle Einschränkungen hin und kümmern sich vorhandene Wünsche.
Barrierefrei ist das alte Haus nicht, Treppen, kein Aufzug, das muss man beachten.
Im Badezimmer sind ein paar Dinge nicht so schön wie die Duschwand, die hängende Seifenablage, die am Boden schleifende Tür und der fehlende Lampenschirm am Spiegel.

We room was very clean and comfortable beds.
We asked two months ago to get a special room the main house. We didn’t even know they had rooms in another building doesn’t show on booking….We sent a reminder the day before again. When we arrived we got a room in another building charmless and a bit worn down. With the explanation that the main house was fully booked, we would have chosen another hotel if we knew what room they gave us.The price for the room we got was overpriced we felt deceived. On the evening we planned to eat at the restaurant at the hotel, after being treated a bit rude we decided to go somewhere else. Not impressed at all.
