About this house rental
From the moment you step inside this fully furnished beach house, throw open the doors and let the magnificent vista flow in, you'll know you've found your very own piece of New Zealand coastal paradise. The beach is but a few steps away, sheltered and fringed with magnificent Pohutukawa trees. Laze,swim,sunbathe. At night you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle lapping of the waves as they caress the shoreline.
This 3 bedroom beautifully appointed holiday home has all the luxury you want yet has the most relaxed atmosphere inside. Each downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom and the upstairs bedroom has a toilet and wash basin. There are spectacular views from all rooms.
A chefs dream kitchen when you can prepare meals and still be part of the action and of course watch the waves crash outside.
A double internal garage provides plenty of parking for cars and boat parking is available on the offstreet parking pad.
You will really find it hard to tear yourselves away after a holiday at LIGHTHOUSE
Special conditions:
Prices are for 2 people. Extra guests are charged at $35 per person per night.
Failure to disclose extra guests in the house will not be tolerated and can result in immediate termination of stay.
Parties at anytime are strictly prohibited.
Rates are inclusive of all your bedroom and bathroom linen.
Prices for Public Holidays may vary so please ask for these rates. No charge for children under 1 if own bedding is brought.

Stunning property with private access to the glorious Cooper's Beach. We spent the entire week walking the beach, exploring the rock pools, and taking in the amazing views during the day and relaxing in front of the fire with a good movie in the evening. All the bedrooms are super comfortable and the whole vibe helps you unwind, relax and recharge.
Richard is the perfect host and could not have done more to help us have the best week.
We will be back for sure and have already recommended the property to several friends.

Our family of two adults and two teens had a wonderful stay at Coopers Retreat - the location on the beachfront, with incredible views and the sound of waves breaking on the beach, was awesome. And the property had everything and more than what we’d hoped for. Wished we could have stayed longer. Many thanks.

This house has a magnificent view overlooking the expansive beach. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Everything you could want is on site. The host is very attentive. A treat to stay here.
