About this bed and breakfast
You can't beat this location!! Surrounded by Internationally acclaimed restaurants, boutiques, coffee shops and galleries and all that Venice has to offer. My tranquil one bedroom, one bath newly renovated 2 story guesthouse is located on "the most coveted street in Venice." Just steps to world renowned Abbot Kinney Boulevard and a short walk or bike ride, (bikes provided) to the beach, Marina Del Rey and Santa Monica. Beautifully decorated private two story guesthouse with skylights in the living room and bedroom offer an abundance of natural light. Lavish linen upholstered furniture throughout and the most luxurious bed and sheets you’ll ever experience. The Eco-friendly guest house is maintained with envirmentally safe products for you and the earth. From the organic paint on the walls to the natural cleaning products used before each guest arrives to the hypoallergenic soaps for the linens and towels. It's the perfect combination of location, privacy, comfort, and convenience. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy all Venice has to offer.
Should you require anything additional during your stay please just ask and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
No designated parking, street parking only. Please be aware street cleaning is on alternate sides of the street Wednesday and Thursday. Please check the street signs before parking.
The guest house is located at the rear of the property. Your access onto the property is via California Court, (alley) which runs between California Ave. and Milwood Ave. The entrance is secured with safe and easy to use electronic locks. For security, each guest has their own specific access code.
Guests have a landscaped patio area right outside the guest house entrance where you can relax in privacy.
There's sometimes a large overly friendly Newfoundland dog named George lounging around the property. He’s usually napping and sometimes looking for anyone to pet him. He’s super friendly and completely passive.

This loft was exactly what my mom and I needed for a quick mid-week stay. Andrew, the owner has done an amazing job turning this space into a high end, local experience. The loft was well equipment with supplies, very comfortable and right in the heart of Venice. Would absolutely stay again!

Andrew's space is a dream. The space, the amenities (this place is better stocked than my own home), and the care that Andrew puts into hosting are dreamy. Can't recommend this place enough.

What a great place to stay! This is a comfortable and cozy apartment. Plenty of space for two. The bed is comfortable and the space is classy. The house is a two minute walk from great restaurants and coffee shops. Plenty of shopping and places to explore. I took one of the offered bikes and road from Venice Beach to the other side of Santa Monica. And you can't beat the weather in Venice Beach! There was too much to see in just two days, all within walking distance. Andrew was a pleasure to work with. He gave us a personal tour of the property and helped us carry in our bags. He provided an assortment of snacks and treats to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely come back in the future.

I honestly don't know where to start. Andrew is truly the best host we've ever experienced! So kind, caring and attentive. His home is extremely clean, well equipped with everything you might need and impeccably decorated. His attention to detail is phenomenal! The location is incredible, walking distance to everything.I just can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had on our stay! We'll be back!
