The owners live above the rental apartment, but the garden and pool are for guests’ exclusive use. The house faces a large garden, with a pergola with table, chairs, and a barbecue. The above-ground pool is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs for relaxing in the sun.
The property also offers a wood of oak trees that borders the garden. The location is ideal for a country vacation, with the advantages of being in town. It is a great base for exploring both the characteristic sites of Liguria, such as Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre; and Tuscany, such as Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, and Pisa.

Everything was perfect, except the pool. The pool was during the first Oktober weeks dirty and lactic.

Appartement tout confort avec des petites attention de la propriétaire.La piscine et le jardin sont au top mais malheureusement le temps ne nous à pas permis d'en profiter. La propriétaire Sylvia est très sympathique
