The receptionist are friendly and helpful, specially Adrienn, she is super nice and knowledgeable. The resort is luxury modern and clean. recommended !!!

Our First experience on an Igloo resort. This one achieved our expectations in all facets. Friendly Staff, serenity,tucked away by a frozen lake, raindeer farm, good breakfast. 10 on 10. Thank you Aitoo.

For the price we paid, I would expect a better accommodation. I felt I was at Ibis or something like that, but paying a luxury hotel price. There is NO shelves nor wardrobe in the bedroom !! NO WHERE to put ur clothes !! We went during winter, so we had lots of clothes ! Also the bathroom is horrible !! Really a 1 star bathroom !
Breakfast was very good - Dinner was poor (I ordered a pizza there - one of the tasteless pizza I have ever tried), although the salmon soup was good.
