This four bedroom, three bath, two story pet friendly beach house in Hilton Head Island, SC has just been remodeled(quartz countertops and new cabinets) all brand new furniture on lower level and 3 new bathrooms. Sleeps 10 people. Fireplace, large deck, charcoal grill, gas grill and screened in porch add to this fourth row location. (Truly) Less than two minutes to the beach, this home is a great value for one large or two small families. Downstairs has a king in the master, a queen in the guest bedroom, two baths, a kitchen, and a living area. Upstairs has a king in the master, a guest bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, a living area with sofa, kitchen, dining area and a full bath. 4 TVs, DVD. Large Flat screen TV's with HD package in the living room and the Master bedroom. This property also offers washer/dryer on each level. Pet friendly home (a non-refundable pet fee). Free high speed wireless internet access. Heat-able pool & Jacuzzi for additional fee. Enjoy The New Gas Grill Poolside uncrowded beach Convenient to bicycle path, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, & entertainment. For added security, fire extinguisher fire blanket, and Ring doorbell. Permit number 057020.

Stayed for a few days over thanksgiving. Everything we needed but forgot to bring was in a cabinet. The beach was a few minutes walk away, and everything we wanted to do was close by. Clean and comfortable and would highly recommend.

The owners were very helpful and responsive. The property was clean and well stocked. And best of all, it was a very short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay!
