This Fiddler's Cove Top Floor Villa is close to the beach and has been an open floor plan and has been updated with all the amenities you want in a vacation rental! You will find your Happy Place at the Beach at this Villa.

Check out all this brand-new renovated vacation rental villa has to offer. It has an open floor plan with quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. All new furniture for your enjoyment. The villa has a queen bed in the main bedroom, 2 twins in the other bedroom, and a queen pull--out sofa in the living room. It comfortably sleeps 6 people and is located on the quiet top floor.
Fiddlers Cove has nice amenities, well maintained grounds, and is a short walk to Folly Field Beach or Island Park Beach

Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.
The nearest beach is Folly Field Beach with features rest rooms and a shower for getting the sand off.
The island contains many world class golf courses as well as countless local seafood restaurants, bike rentals to enjoy over 150 miles of biking trails. Many things are happening on the island at any given point of the year. There are lots of fireworks and other family-oriented events that occur during the summer months.
There are 50 miles of bike trails on Hilton Head Island. Bike rentals and bike riding is very popular. There is a trolley that runs on the island during the summer and The Breeze bus public transportation stops in the neighborhood in addition to traveling by car.
Easy self-check in at the security gate and electronic lock on the door.
Gym is not available on the property.

No parking fees at Fiddler's Cove. Any additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled.
Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay. Please note that chopsticks and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper aren’t included in the reservation.

Our family haf a wonderful time. Our two kiddos had their own room and seperate beds. Their was plenty of space. It was clean and well appointed and the communication was prompt with easy check-in and close to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants

Condo was wonderful! It was the perfect size for our group of 6. Having the beach access be in short walking distance was great!
