About this house rental
New in 2004, this two-story home is situated on a wooded lot 1 mile off of Route 6 near Coudersport, PA. There is a large great room perfect for lounging around or snuggling by the fireplace. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and the third bedroom has one queen bed and one pullout loveseat. Each bedroom has a large closet for storage. There are also 2 large sofa's that could be used for sleeping arrangements (these are not pullouts).
The modern kitchen includes a gas range, microwave and dishwasher. A washer and dryer are conveniently located just off the kitchen area. The gas heat will keep you warm in the winter and the central air will keep you cool in the summer.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a nice area with easy access to exploring the area. We were very disappointed that the fireplace wasnt working. It would have been nice to have in the chilly evenings. The upstairs shower also didnt work. The house is beautiful otherwise
