SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)
OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking
HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

With being there just two nights there was so much to do on site that we didn’t even feel like we had enough time to do it all. Between mini golf, pickleball, shuffleboard, all of the other available yard games, the pools, the hot tubs, fishing, all the available lake toys/watersports, the kids had a blast bouncing from one to the next. Everyone thought that the grounds were very nice and well kept. With the free wood located all over the grounds we never ran out of a warm fire on the cool nights we were there, so it was perfect . The whole family really enjoyed the stay and when Sunday morning rolled around we were all not ready leave and looking forward to coming back!

We loved our visit to Missouri and these accommodations were perfect for us! From the view, to the comfort of the beds, to the laundry pods available for our use, we could not have asked for more! Having the cut wood available for the outdoor fireplace and the hot tub being close by was great for the cold weather during our stay. We can't wait to return when the weather is warm and utilize the other amenities!

Beautiful views and the patio was such fun! The unit needs some attention by the owner group to fix things like cracks in the kitchen sink, non-working ice maker, lose light fixture in master shower and other touch ups.
We were disappointed that there wasn’t property management onsite other than a maintenance man who showed up the morning of our departure.
