About this house rental
If focus on family and fun is what you're looking for, then this is the home for you. Do you dream of having your family together, yet not on top of each other? Resort like amenities without sharing with lots of strangers? With activities for every age group and interest? Look no further!! We bought and decorated this home to be our Full Time Family Retreat. Due to changed circumstances we are not able to live here full time, so are offering to share it with other families who also value time spent with loved ones. Our Rustic Themed, Private, 6600Sq Ft home offers plenty of room for everyone.
This home sits on 6 acres at the end of a peninsula, adjacent to 28 acres of Corp Land, just waiting to be explored. Over 1000ft of shore line, with easy entrance into the water. Perfect for swimming and kayaking. Water Lily Pad provided for your fun! 8 Kayaks provided Free for your use. Water toys of noodles, floaties etc. Be sure to bring your water shoes. It's called Table Rock Lake for a reason! Some life vests included...plenty of adult, variety of youth sizes and infant size. Plenty of room on property for car and boat parking. Baxter Marina is just down the road for launching your boat, boat rental or slip rental. Small and Large Coolers provided, along with camp chairs to take on your adventures outside of the home.
All sleeping accommodations are in Bedrooms, 3 of them Master Suites. No pull out couches! No Air Mattresses! Beautiful Black Walnut, live edge Dining room table seats 10. Unique Burl Maple kitchen table seats 8. Outdoor patio grill area with 2 tables and chairs for 16. Large Gas Grill. Fire pit, with wood included for those nights around a fire recalling family adventures…and making new ones. Our grandkids love using the sand around the fire pit has a big sandbox. Sand toys included. Large, level backyard for your family fun time. Outdoor games of Cornhole, Horseshoes, Croquet and assorted children's balls and toys. Checkers and Tic Tac Toe on unique hand crafted stump tables located on the totally screened in main level patio. No bugs allowed! Indoors is a Pool Table, Shuffleboard, Air Hockey, 60 game Arcade, Darts , Large Connect 4 and assorted Family Board games. Also kids toys, puzzles etc.
2 Family entertainment rooms, with large TV's. 2 fully furnished kitchens, with a total of 3 ovens for those large dinners. Kitchen small appliances include 4 slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker(just bring your favorite flavor), Drip coffee maker(filters provided), Blender, Griddle, Crock Pots, Insta Pot and more. Basic kitchen staples included for your convenience include tin foil, baggies etc. No need to pack salt, pepper, spices, sugar, flour etc. We have it for you! Our goal is to provide everything in the Kitchen that you could need, and wish you had at home. Washer and Dryer included, along with detergent etc.
For those nights you don't want to cook, you can find several locally owned restaurants in the area. Kimberling City and Branson West are only a few minutes away offering more choices.
Centrally located between Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon. Both only a short drive away. Branson area is about a 40 minute drive for those times you want to enjoy the shows and activities offered there.

We just returned from a week vacation. This home is amazing!! Immaculately maintained, well stocked with anything you might need. Location is perfect if time together is your focus. We really enjoyed the game area, card nights, and the lake!! We also loved that everyone had their own space but there was also plenty of room to come together.

This is a fantastic lake house. It has everything you’d hope for to relax. It also has easy access to its own private beach area to enjoy swimming and kayaking. Indoor and outdoor games compliment the setting. This family very much enjoyed their stay.

Do yourself a favor and book this location.
It is a beautiful home with many amenities, such as multiple bedrooms with ensuites, that are perfect for a large group. All bedrooms had spacious closets and plenty of storage. We loved the screened in porches, pool table, game room, raft, fire pit, tiki torches, lake access, and dining tables that held our whole group. Sadly, due to our own scheduling, we weren't able to use the kayaks, but they were there had we made the time. It was very handy having beach towels available for our use there at the lake and while out on our boat.
We cooked three meals a day while there in the well stocked kitchen. The double ovens came in very handy as did the second refrigerator located on the lower level.
Cyndee was quick to answer questions and was very gracious and accommodating. Thank you for that Cyndee.
The outdoor area was very beautiful and private. Perfect for our "loud" family. We even hired a local photographer to take family photos while there. (pre-approval was requested first)
I cannot say enough good about our stay here. The photos on the VRBO site do not do it justice. it is a very lovely home.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful reunion in this outstanding property after months of social distancing. This private, spacious and beautifully appointed home offered everything our family gathering of 10 could have hoped for. Great kitchen, two family rooms, lots of tv's (although we watched very little), full game room with shuffleboard, air hockey, vintage arcade machine, pool table, dart board--plus multiple kayaks, life jackets, water flotation devices for enjoying water sports on this lake front locale. Lush backyard offered horseshoe pits, a variety of outdoor games equipment and a fabulous fire pit. Home is ideally located close to Branson, Eureka Springs, Roaring River State Park, and several great marinas. We also made some great memories boating, fishing and exploring the beautiful Ozark areas.In summary, this home and location was SUPERB for our family getaway. And the owners are incredibly accommodating. They provide "everything but your groceries!"
