About this apartment rental
Apartment 1A is a stylish two-bed apartment, located on the ground floor of a traditional family house in Agion Anargiron, a quiet residential neighbourhood just seven minutes walk from the Old Town and very close to Rhodes city!
Our apartment has recently been renovated to a high standard and is fully equipped for your holiday. It’s perfect for couples, solo travellers, and families with older children.

The Space:
Apartment 1A is a self-contained two-bed property with a spacious outdoor patio, which sleeps up to five people.
There are two bedrooms. The rear bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and has patio doors leading to the back yard. The front bedroom contains two single beds, a pair of wardrobes, and drawers. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units to keep you cool during our hot summers and wall-mounted televisions.
The main living space is open plan with a comfortable sofa that opens to a third bed, a wall-mounted TV with cable, and air-conditioning unit. There’s a dining table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and two types of coffee machine. There’s also a range of pots and pans, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, juicer, as well as the usual kitchen stuff. We provide salt, pepper, some basic herbs, and tea and coffee for your arrival.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and we provide shower gel and shampoo for your convenience. We also provide a hairdryer. There is a washing machine in the hall and clothes dryer in the back yard.
The back yard is comfortably equipped with easy chairs for lounging, and a table and chairs for outdoor meals.
Things to Note:
We provide bed linen and towels for the house, although we ask you to bring your own towels to take to the beach. There’s a wifi router in the house with reliable speeds of 8mbps (which is good for Rhodes!). All the doors and windows have mosquito nets and we provide a mosquito plugin for each bedroom.
The house is equipped with smoke alarms, emergency lighting and a first-aid kit.
No smoking in the property please, although you can smoke outside. No parties or events.

Apartment 1A was the perfect base for our three-week stay on Rhodes. When we travel, we prefer to stay in local neighborhoods and Nick’s amazing property really fit the bill. It is centrally located and most everything we wanted to experience (the Old Town, the Acropolis, the new town, the harbour etc) was within a 20 minute walk. The apartment itself is one of the most well equipped in our travelling experience. Two spacious bedrooms, a complete kitchen (with ample coffee, tea and sugar supplied) including a much appreciated dishwasher. The AC in each room was most definitely appreciated! And our favourite area was the spacious terrace complete with sun shade-absolutely perfect for morning coffee and evening wine). Nick was amazingly prompt in his communications with us, both pre-visit and whilst we were there. He kindly arranged transportation to and from the airport and greeted us personally when we arrived, ensuring a very easy check-in for 2 weary jet-lagged travellers. The house manual has ALL the information needed to ensure a wonderful holiday-his suggestions on local eateries were spot on-our knowledge of Greek cuisine has been delightfully expanded after this trip.Thank you again Nick (and your wonderful father!) for helping to make this a most magical and memorable vacation!

Clean, welcoming, modern apartment. Well equipped with little extras on arrival which were much appreciated.A lovely welcome from host and very helpful recommendations and suggestions for places to visit and local restaurants/tavernas. Quiet, out of the way but within reasonable walking distance for the Old and New Rhodes towns (20mins) Would highly recommend.

Apartment 1A was a home from home for us. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped. Bright and airy inside and a large furnished terrace to the rear. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Our host, Nick, was there for us on arrival and departure, and contactable during our stay, answering any queries we had. A very pleasant, courteous and helpful gentleman. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who would like the option of staying in a local neighbourhood, but a short walk to Rhodes Old Town. Thank you for everything Nick!
