Borgo Nuovo est un parfait appartement pour passer des vacances à Rhodes. L’emplacement est idéal pour pouvoir facilement visiter les autres parties de l’île avec le bus ( ~10 min de l’appartement) ou avec une voiture/ scooter. L’appartement est aussi très proche de la zone des restaurants et magasins tout en restant un logement calme et abrité par le bruit. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et possède tout ce qu’il faut pour pouvoir passer un bon séjour. Le propriétaire est également très gentil et reste ouvert à communiquer si besoin de quoique ce soit. Le bonus de notre séjour était les nombreux chats qui venaient régulièrement dire bonjour devant l’appartement!
L’appartement possède l’essentiel nécessaire pour cuisiner et faire ses lessives. Cependant, il aurait été agréable d’avoir de quoi passer le balais soi-même pour garder l’appartement propre ainsi qu’un peu plus d’équipements (planche à couper, services,…) pour cuisiner.

Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht: een prima bed, alle nodige keukenapparatuur, wasmachine, airco, goede verlichting en de wifi is prima. Erg schoon. Koffiecups, suiker en melk, peper en zout aanwezig. Een leuk welkomsgeschenk! Een terrasje aan de straatkant met een eigen tafeltje en stoelen. Geen raam naar het terras, daaram heb ik de deur vaak opeb gelaten, wanneer ik binnen was. Gelegen in een voetgangersstraat met af en toe een scooter. Leuk tussen de buurtbewoners. De service is prima, de verhuurder is goed bereikbaar en reageert snel, en er is een interieurverzorgster die voor je klaar staat mocht ze er zijn. Er zijn nog 2 appartementen die groter zijn. Het grootste appartement is boven en heeft een groot terras. De ligging: op loop afstand van het strand en de Oude Stad. Veel eettentjes en supermarkten in de buurt. Een fijn appartement: ik heb er een maand met plezier gewoond.

The property was impeccable and matched the photos of the ad. The location is very safe and central, close to the beaches, the old city, the harbour, stores and food markets. Michael, the property manager, always promptly responded to my queries, and made our stay pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
There is nothing not to like about this property.
