About this house rental
"BEACHWALK", ( a simple beach house), a 3-minute walk to the beach, HOT TUB, Large HOT ROCK SAUNA, ELECTRIC MASSAGE CHAIR, Bally's Game Show Pinball Machine, Tabletop Pac-Man Machine, PlayStation 4 and Wood Burning Fireplace as well as electric heat. Belgium Waffle Machine, popcorn, and Sno-Cone Machine. 4 people maximum at all times, including guests and children, due to septic system capacity. No guests or parties. Age minimum of primary renter= 25. Pets allowed $75 fee, dog-friendly beach. Coffeemaker; drip, Keurig, expresso, grinder and bring your own favorite coffee. There are no stairs in the house( a small number of stairs on the outside deck); which is good for wheelchair accessibility. Walk a 3-minute sandy path at the front of the house to the water or walk on a small road; which will take just a little longer. Fantastic views, closest to the beach of all Dillon Beach homes, Dog-friendly beach. Pets allowed (please pay the pet fee on the VRBO site); shedding dogs keep brushed, uncontrolled barking not allowed, if you go out and leave your dog alone :please don't leave your dog alone the first night, please clean up the back sandy area of dog poop. Sand dunes, tidal pools, dune grass, and magnificent unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean sunset. It is a fantastic surfing beach. Watch waves break onto the beach and listen to the surf while sitting in this beachfront house. Great place for children; to make sand- castles, explore rock inlets and tidal pools at the north end of the beach, hunt for the unknown during the low tide exposed beach, or play for hours in the tall sand dunes. View Parasail surfers, boogie boarders, and longboard surfers, or do it all for yourself. It is the perfect beach with no underwater rocks. Star gazing couldn't be better. Bring your telescope! Let the waves lull you to sleep. Wheelchair cannot roll to outside main deck area due to 3 steps. Please bring your own firewood for the fireplace; there is also electric heat. Bar soap is not provided, but liquid soap is provided. This is a very simple beachhouse, (not a modern house; as renters expect) due to its very close position to the Pacific Ocean, (which renters prefer), does take constant upkeep due to the exposure it gets from the Pacific Ocean.

The house was perfectly located and very clean. Overall a nice relaxing stay, we'd rent again. The 2nd bedroom was cramped for two adults with the driving video game in that room.

Would definitely come back to this area. Home was a little dated and could have used a coat of paint, plus replace non functioning locks on windows/doors. Some were found unlockable when we arrived. Video games were nice, as advertised on the website

This home is one of the oldest in Dillon. Very close to the beach. The backyard does not look like the pictures. Again the house is for windsirfers. We had a lot of time to sleep and relax
