IT HAS THREE TV'S, DVD AND INTERNET ACCESS. IT HAS A RAISED DECK WITH TABLE, FOUR CHAIRS AND BBQ, SO YOU CAN RELAX AND WATCH ALL OF THE ACTION ON THE BEACH. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE PISMO STATE BEACH ENTRANCE AT PIER AVENUE.

Great place, we really enjoyed it with our kids. Appreciated all of the amenities just like being at home. Loved the fire place!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect size for two adults and a dog. We loved having direct access to the beach for morning walks. The condo had everything we needed for a nice trip. The host was very helpful at all the right times.

This condo has a great location except for it being next to the entry for the dunes. All day/night there was continuous vehicles & sounds entering & leaving. We felt like being in a fish bowl. The shutters for the slider were not operable. The condo itself was very nice.
