About this villa rental
This unique luxury villa is situated within private woodland & enclosed gardens in the heart Provence. The villa has four bedrooms, living room, verandah with the addition, 2 extra beds available. The property can accommodate to a maximum of 8 guests. The price includes sheets, towels & final cleaning. Enjoy the tranquility while being close to the Mediterranean Sea and the breathtaking Gorges du Verdon.
THE SPACE
A spacious villa of character surrounded in its own woodland & private grounds. It can accommodate 8 guests very comfortably. All rooms are with shutters which help keeps the villa cool in the summer with fans in each bedroom. There are several outdoor terraces with the benefit of an outdoor BBQ facility to allow you to fully enjoy the alfresco gardens & private pool area. Entrance hall
has a beautiful open aspect with cloakroom/ toilet facility.
Ideal open plan living allows lots of secluded areas for quiet relaxation as well as family & friend gatherings. The large dining area accommodates 8 guests comfortably with the addition of television viewing area allowing most multimedia device access.
The fully fitted indoor modern kitchen area has all up to date amenities. Dishwasher, induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave, American fridge freezer with chilled water and Ice maker. Coffee maker, kettle & toaster, with all usual kitchen utensils.
Our outdoor garden kitchen offers BBQ area, preparation kitchen & bottle refridgeration with dishwasher, washing machine facilities, crockery & cutlery.
The bedrooms are laid out with double & twin facilities. Two bedrooms are partially private with french doors opening onto the private pool area & own shower room facilities.
Likewise there is an additional two bedrooms with shower room & dressing room area. This makes the villa ideal for family & friends to have separate sleeping accommodation whilst still enjoying a holiday “ensemble”!
POOL TERRACES & GARDENS
Beautiful private pool area with relax loungers for sunbathing. Pool size is 9metres by 4.5metres with a partial shallow area with low steps for easy access.
Completely glass enclosed verandah overlooking the private pool is attached to the large internal kitchen area. TV facilities & relax seating.
Outside terrace adjacent to the garden kitchen has a large dining table which accommodates comfortably 8 diners.
Outside terrace area for two bedrooms has a secluded shaded area for morning coffee on looking the pool area.
Outside balcony for two bedrooms has a magnificent view of the surrounding vineyards, a classic Provence vista for morning coffee & evening aperitifs!
The gardens & woodland are partially enclosed which allows for full privacy. Plenty private parking within the grounds.
TRAVEL
Only one hour from Nice airport, 15 minutes from Autoroute A8 and 20 minutes from Les Arcs SNCF rail station

Draguignan is 5 kilometers away where you will find various shops (carefour/intermarche). Alternatively Flayosc nearby offers artisan bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants (pizza), Provencal market, bars & tobacconists. newspaper post office, hairdressers, beautician, florist.
Petrol service station open 24h at Salmendrier Carrefour Shopping Centre.

Lovely property, tucked away in the hill but close drive to amenities. Quiet and private, this was a perfect holiday for our family of 4. Great choice of outside spaces to eat and drink, always a shady spot but the pool is in sun almost all day. Inside is beautifully decorated with real french charm. The view from the lounge area is wonderful. You need a car which we did have, and there are some great days out. We did alternate days out and saw quaint villages, markets, the Gorge du Verdon, St Maxime, St Tropez Monaco. Would definitely go back. Communication with owner is great, they were extremely flexible as our flight times were quite unsocial. Nothing was a problem. Recommended!

A great place to stay with (young) kids, thanks to the nice swimming pool. Every morning we had a pleasant breakfast outside at the long table under the tree, which was cooling us down during the hot sun. Enough space for 8-10 people. Great stay, thanks!
