This centrally located 475 sq ft (44 m²) apartment with hard wooden floor and nice carpentry, situated on ground floor in quiet area nearby Central Station (only 2 busstops away), is really amazing by it's art decorating and surprising design.
Very nearby what was elected in 2011 and 2012 as the most pleasant shopping street of the Netherlands you'll find a variety of conveniences as foodmarket, cinema, restaurants (Japanese, Indian, French, Italian, Dutch, Chinese etc), cafés, bistros, all kind of small shops.
At a two minutes walk you'll get the feeling being in a typical Dutch harbour village: Bickerseiland and Prinseneiland.
Amsterdam offers a lot of famous museums like the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum (national museum), Stedelijk Museum (modern art). Other sites worth visiting: Anne Frank House, Concertgebouw (the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestre), Synagogues (the Portugese e.g. to be seen!), Music Halls, and so much more.......Enjoy your stay!

Kitchen was fully equipped for all cooking needs with a multitude of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The host went above and beyond all expectations providing a very satisfying experience.

10/10 Excellent A very comfortable Japanese style condo in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Damrak and many tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The espresso machine was easy to use and provided us with amazing coffee each morning. Peter was a wonderful host who met us on our arrival to show us how everything worked. A welcome of fresh flowers, beer, fruit, coffee, and fully stocked cupboards was much appreciated.

We had a great stay in Peter’s VRBO. He allowed us to drop bags early and personally showed us the condo and answered all questions at the check in time. Great location in Amsterdam, well equipped kitchen with plenty of shopping, cafes, restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend his condo and consider staying again in the future.

We were very happy with our stay at the Dutch/Japanese condo! It was spotless and very well appointed-we especially enjoyed the espresso machine every morning! The best part is the location in the heart of a charming shopping/restaurant district and easy walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see. The bus stop and train station are so close it was easy to access when we wanted to explore further out. I would stay here again without hesitation!
