I spent the month of November at this condo. It's in a fantastic location and close to everything you could need - grocery, CVS, lots of restaurants. It's located on a busy corner, so there is some traffic noise, but I didn't find it to be a problem. Would definitely rent again.

Condo was immaculate. Location is walkable to restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, the beach, coffee shops, and shopping. Bus stop is very close. Staying in a secure building provided another layer of comfort. I never had to wait to do laundry in the shared laundry facility. My contact person, Samara was a joy to work with.

unit is well situated in La Jolla but the owner took no interest in making it comfortable. EXTREMELY sparse wires hanging where a little planning would have hidden them. NO WHERE in bedroom to put your clothes. What bedroom does not have a dresser? No AC? Lock did not work on patio door.
Owner totally went cheap with everything.
