About this house rental
This 83 sqm (900 sqft) Vigneron's old house is ideally located close to shops and restaurants , across from the old College ( now vacant ) from the early 17th century decorated with his famous sundial.
Enjoy a rustic dining experience on an old farm table , or sharing one of the famous wines of Burgundy by the fireplace or while relaxing on the sofa by the wood stove during the cold winters.
The kitchen is of decent size and contains all the necessary equipments : gas hob and electric oven , dishwasher , fridge / freezer, coffee maker , toaster, kettle, juicer .
The first floor offers 3 bedrooms each with a bed for 2 people ( a large bedroom with bed of 160 x 200 and 2 smaller bedrooms with bed 140 x 190).
Finally the bathroom, accessible only through the main bedroom, is equipped with a bathtub offering you to relax in a hot bath after walking the surroundings hills and valleys .

We had a two night stay in The house centrally located in the lovely town of Noyers and parking across the road for the car was very useful. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The house was spacious and ideal for our short stay

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus im geschichtsträchtigen Noyers. Einen Aufenthalt im Freien macht der Innenhof möglich, was ein echtes Plus für diese Unterkunft ist. Zuverlässiger und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Wonderful, well appointed house perfectly positioned within the City of Noyers. Walkable to everything but smartly nestled away from main street. Daily runs around the town and into neighboring farms were a delight. Owner has thought of every possible need. We stayed only two nights but three or four would have been better. Well be back no doubt.
