About this chalet rental
Located at 560 m, La Fesnel has a triple exposure (E, S and W) with sight on the mountain, the valley and the village. It is an independent chalet on a plot of 1800 m2.
1st floor wooden ceiling and exposed beams; tiled floor except in the room where the floor is covered with parquet.
the dining room-lounge (1 extra bed) is built around a stone fireplace and has a large balcony full S (mountain view, valley) .The kitchen is independent.
A double room (140) with cupboard and private bathroom (shower + sink) .WC independent (CH 1).
On the ground floor, the walls and ceiling are covered with light wood, the floor is tiled except the 2 rooms where the floor is covered with parquet,
we find 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and the garage:
The CH2 with 2 twin beds and wardrobe, the CH3 with 2 bunk beds (adult size), 1 independent bed, 1 extra bed and 1 cot with changing table.
The bathroom with washing machine, bath, shower telephone, radiator dry towels, washbasin and WC.
The garage where to store skis and bicycles with dryers, barbecue and wood for the fireplace.
Outside: 2/3 parking spaces
Linen rental extra: 15 € / bed, optional
65 euros end-of-stay cleaning fee, optional

Maison convenant parfaitement pour 7.
Bien équipé avec une pièce de vie spacieuse et 2 toilettes/salles de bain. Rustique et vintage a souhait.
Coin calme à 20 min de Gérardmer et la bresse. Échanges avec le propriétaire sympathique et avec l’interlocuteur sur place aussi. Arrangeant sur les horaires si pas de réservation avant/après.
